This was a Residential building of G+7 storied having a total 28 flats. It was constructed in the Mulund suburbs of Mumbai. The project was completed in nine months from start to finish.
This residential tower project is located at Kongoan village near Panwel. This building is ground +32 floor with two floors in the basement for car parking. We have done three buildings each of area around 6500. Our scope of work was only limited upto three floor above the ground level.
This residential tower is located at Atladara near Narayanwadi in Vadodara. The building is ground +9 floor with one floor in the basement for car parking. The total height of the building is 30 mtr. The scope of work included two towers of excavation, RCC, siporex block masonary, plaster. The lift machine room and the overhead water tank is placed within an architectural features which gives a pleasing look to the building.
