This station building is basically a bridge structure given a form of a building. This entire work was already awarded to NBCC, a leading government construction company. However, to expedite the job and to get the railway into Navi Mumbai it was necessary to expedite the project and hence the job was awarded to us through re-tendering. Our scope of work included the pier and deck slab for 50% of the station building area including columns, beams and slab. The total concrete quantity of the project was 5000 cum.
This is a National memorial in respect of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar – comprising of multi-purpose building complex having auditorium, library, swimming pool, musuem, banks, multiple hall,hostel buildings. The building boast of various architectural features such as polycarbonate domes, Puf ceilings, renova platers among various others.
This school is from the leading chain of schools of Pune district. The scope of works includes construction of school with 60 class rooms – construction works includes excavation, RCC, finishing items, sanitary works etc complete.
