This residential tower is located at Worli near the famous Siddivinayak temple. This building is ground +23 floor and two floors in the basement for car parking. The total height of the building is 100 mtr. The huge basement for car park holds about 1500 cars. The 22 and 23 floor houses duplex houses. The lift machine room and the overhead water tank is placed within an architectural features which gives a pleasing look to the building.

There is also balcony at the ninth floor that protrudes beyond the building face for more than 6 mtrs. Apart from this there are other beams and architectural pardis at various heights which were difficult for construction. The typical slab was casted at the rate of two slabs per month using conventional shuttering and using lift for lifting the concrete.
