The lift machine room and the overhead water tank is placed within an architectural features which gives a pleasing look to the building.
There is also balcony at the ninth floor that protrudes beyond the building face for more than 6 mtrs. Apart from this there are other beams and architectural pardis at various heights which were difficult for construction. The typical slab was casted at the rate of two slabs per month using conventional shuttering and using lift for lifting the concrete.
