This was constructed from the grassroot level. As the plot was near the hillock the major work included the leveling of entire plot.The scope of work included the construction of factory RCC works, brickwork, plaster, structural pipe racks, machinery erection, roofing and cladding and other area development works. The entire factory was built in just one year having built up area of 65,000 sft and area development work of 4.5 acres.
The ONGC CFU –II plant work at Uran was awarded to L&T- Group 2 division. The civil work & structural work of this project was awarded to Progressive. The scope of work included piling, pile caps, heavy machinery foundations, excavation, leveling & filling works, RCC frames structure, heavy structural pipe racks, compressor & DG foundations, industrial floorings, office buildings, drainage, pluming and other area development works. This work being situated in the land affected villagers area. The major task was handling the project affected villagers and settlement of various issues on behalf of L&T.
This project is an industrial manufacturing plant for the London based company TGW Knives Ltd. The project was constructed at Pithampur MIDC - Muhu -Dhar highway ,Indore (Madhya Pradesh).
