During these years we have completed various block and various assignments in the construction area.
The various blocks contains talk shed, baby powder unit, Bandaid plant, IFC, R & D center, tank farm,
Compound wall and area development units. Our works also comprises of various structural repairs,
renovation projects and interior projects in this plant.
Asian Paints, Taloja
 
This is a grass root level factory project for manufacturing of industrial paints for market leader ‘Asian Paints Limited’. The scope of work included construction of manufacturing block, barrel reservoir shed, utility block, raw water storage plant, fire water reservoir, tank farm, , office area, canteen building, pipe rack and other structural works, sheeting, road work and storm water drainage and area development.

Smith & Nephew
S&N is a UK based pharmaceutical multinational. Our scope of work included the construction of the factory building, the ancillary building and area development works. Ie complete factory complex from grass root level.
The factory complex comprised of the factory office area, cafeteria, manufacturing block, raw material storage area, quality control area, dispatch area , loading and unloading platforms etc. Basement contained godowns and recreation areas. Ancillary buildings contained boiler foundation, generator rooms & tank farm area. Area development included boundary wall, earthworks, embankment, WBM, and BT items, drainage works and gardening.

Sandoz Ltd.
Sandoz ltd was taken over by Novartis Ltd and our scope of work was total renovation and refurbishment of the entire plants. Two plants were in our scope of work – MDT and pilot plant located at Thane.
This job was located at Kolshet area of Thane. The scope of work was at two places within the plant area ie. MDT plant and the Pilot plant.
Pilot plant scope included heavy dismantling of the existing structure ie brick wall, heavy fire proof doors, structural works, cladding works, concrete work, flooring works to suit new requirement. The revised work included brickwork, plaster, floorings (mandana, acid proof tiles, kota, vitrified tiles, granite etc), false ceiling (aluminum and POP), structural works, aluminum windows, painting and coving and wall cladding etc.
MDT plant scope involved heavy dismantling of existing brick wall and structural works. The new work included various elevational treatment in reinforced concrete, slabs, beam, micro-concreting to columns, Column jacketing, kota flooring and various interior and plumbing works.
The total job was completed in short time frame of 3 months to entire satisfaction of the client and by adhering to strict safety standards set by the company.
Godrej Agrovet Ltd.
 
Godrej - a leading name in the industry had appointed us to construct the RGC (Real Good Chicken) plant at Bangalore. Our scope of work involves construction of sheds, clean rooms, processing area, storage area, rendering plant and wastage processing zone. Independent concrete batch mix plant with concrete pump was set up of this project.

Microtrol -Cobalt 66 Radiation Unit
Cobalt 66 is a radioactive material used for sterlisation of food materials. The construction encompassed the raw-material bay, the processing area and the finished goods area along with office building and area developments.
Most critical area was the construction of Radiation unit. The raft is 8 mtr deep and thk is 2 mt, walls are 2mtr thk and slab is 1.7 mtr. The concrete volume of this unit itself is more than 250 cum.

The ONGC CFU –II plant work at Uran was awarded to L&T- Group 2 division. The civil work & structural
work of this project was awarded to Progressive. The scope of work included piling, pile caps, heavy machinery foundations, excavation, leveling & filling works, RCC frames structure, heavy structural pipe racks, compressor & DG foundations, industrial floorings, office buildings, drainage, pluming and other area development works. This work being situated in the land affected villagers area. The major task was handling the project affected villagers and settlement of various issues on behalf of L&T.

Tractor Engineers Ltd.
This shell roof industrial building houses the heat treatment plant of Tractor Engineers Ltd. (TENGL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited. The scope of work included excavation, leveling & filling works, heavy machinery foundations, RCC frames structure, industrial floorings, elevated water tank, shell type roof, drainage, pluming and other area development works.
The critical part was the shell roof construction of 20 mtr span with shell thickness of just 75 mm. Controlled concrete mix design with proper workability was used to get the form finish along with necessary camber which was then carefully lifted by hydraulic cranes.

Golcha Talcum Ltd.
This was constructed from the grassroot level. As the plot was near the hillock the major work included the leveling of entire plot.The scope of work included the construction of factory RCC works, brickwork, plaster, structural pipe racks, machinery erection, roofing and cladding and other area development works. The entire factory was built in just one year having built up area of 65,000 sft and area development work of 4.5 acres.
