Currently the company is in process of organisation of professional trainers in the area of technical, behaviour science and personal development.
The recuitment of fresher by visiting the college campus has been initiated by the company long back. The objective is to enable the company to select the right candidates. The freshers are given training and the freedom to do his job independently, thereby enabling him to garner confidence in himself.
